Overview

A training operations platform used by course administrators to run the full lifecycle of instructor-led training: publishing courses, taking corporate bookings, enrolling learners, collecting payments, and issuing certificates. Learners and companies interact through public availability and certificate-verification pages, while staff work inside a Filament-based admin panel. Notable decisions include queued email delivery via AWS SES, S3-backed document storage, QR-verifiable PDF certificates, and an auditing layer that records create/update/delete and authentication events across most models to support compliance reporting.
